Domestic Shipping Services
We process all orders received prior to 9:00 a.m., Pacific Standard Time, within 1 - 2 business days. Delivery times will vary based on the method of shipment you select.
During our store launch promotion from 06/20/09 through 07/20/09 standard Delivery is free for continental U.S. orders*
All orders received prior to 9:00 a.m.(PT), Monday through Friday, are processed within 1 - 2 business days upon credit card validation. Orders shipped Standard Delivery will be delivered via U.S.P.S. within 3 - 14 business days after your order has been processed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
* Standard Delivery is free for continental U.S. orders during store launching promotion when the order is placed using your existing account or when you create a new account.
Express Delivery – Second Business Day and Next Business Day
All orders received prior to 9:00 a.m.(PT), Monday through Friday, are processed the same day upon credit card validation, and delivered via Fed Ex or USPS the second or next business day, depending on the service selected, before 3:00 p.m. Express Delivery is limited in select areas. All orders are delivered by U.S.P.S. Priority Mail and follow shipping rates listed in the below table. The U.S. Territories include Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, the Pacific Islands, Guam and American Samoa.

Shipments with a merchandise value above $200 will be sent with a signature required upon delivery.

International Shipping Services
General Information
Payment for the order is in U.S. dollars.
Duties and taxes are not reflected in our prices. The carriers will charge the recipient (including gift recipients) all applicable duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees at the time of delivery. For information about duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees, you may contact your local customs office or the carrier that delivers your package.
Shipping Information
We offer Express and Standard shipping services for our international orders.
Orders shipping Express are delivered via USPS or Fed Ex International Priority service and are typically delivered within 5 business days. Tracking is available with Express service. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes with Express service.
Orders shipping Standard are delivered either via DHL Global Mail or USPS Priority Mail International, and are typically delivered within 14 - 20 business days. Tracking is not available with Standard service. We can ship to P.O. boxes with Standard service.
