Returns and Exchanges
Returns
In the event that you need to return an item, please do so within 30 days of receipt to ensure full credit or refund. If the item does not fit as expected, an exchange can be requested subjected to availability of a replacement item. All items must be returned in new, unwashed, unworn condition to ensure exchange or credit. Please include the original packing slip and paperwork with the reason for the return clearly noted. You may receive a merchandise credit or refund for returns within 30 days of receipt of your package. Returns shipped more than 30 days after receipt of original order will not be accepted. Credit card accounts will be credited when the return is processed and will appear within 1-2 billing cycles.
Exchanges
All exchanges will be credited against the original form of payment. A new order will then be placed and billed to the original form of payment. We regret that the availability of a replacement item cannot be guaranteed, in which case you will be contacted by customer service.
